Survey of Tuxedo
On Tuesday (7/26) I noticed Tuxedo being surveyed. While on my walk, I spoke to the surveyor with Cole Engineering who did not know who had hired his company. A quick call to Webster Groves Public Works revealed that Tuxedo is due for a rebuild next construction season, and thus the reason for the survey.

Just driving up Laclede Station past Deer Creek we noticed the apartments were vacant and many houses were bulldozed near the Sunnen Park Metro station.
Does any one know what is up?
